Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Covoree account and associated personal data at any time. This page is the official way to submit that request for our website, desktop app, and Google Play app.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account (email and authentication record)
  • Community profile, display name, and movie reviews
  • License and subscription records tied to your email
  • Registered device seats associated with your license
  • Support correspondence linked to your account

What stays on your device

Files you downloaded with Covoree remain on your phone or computer until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes local app data but does not delete server-side account records — use this page for that.

What we may retain

We may keep minimal records where required by law — for example tax invoices, fraud-prevention logs, or anonymized analytics. We do not keep identifiable personal data longer than necessary.

How long it takes

We verify that the request comes from the email on your account, then complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email address linked to your Covoree account. If you purchased a license without signing in, include your license key or Paddle transaction ID so we can find your records.
