Covoree browser extension

Pro and Team customers can install our Chrome/Edge extension without the Chrome Web Store. You'll load it as an unpacked extension (standard for indie extensions until you pay the $5 Google developer fee for store listing).

Pro & Team download

Enter the license key from your Paddle receipt. Each key works on up to your plan's device limit (extension + desktop app share activations).

Install steps

    Download & unzip

    Use the form above with your UMD-… license key. Unzip covoree-browser-extension.zip to a folder you will keep (e.g. Documents/CovoreeExtension).

    Load in Chrome or Edge

    Open chrome://extensions or edge://extensions, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked, select the unzipped folder.

    Configure the extension

    Click the Covoree icon in the toolbar → enter the same license key → set License API URL to this site (e.g. https://www.covoree.com) → Save & verify.

  4. 4
    Run the desktop app

    Start Covoree on your computer before using the extension. Open a video page — click the floating Covoree button to send the URL.

No store account needed

Distribution is via zip + Load unpacked. Optional later: Chrome Web Store ($5 one-time dev fee).

Same license as desktop

Extension and app share your device activation limit (3 devices on Pro).
